More than 3 months after it paused operations, Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 will reopen on Wednesday, July 8, the MIAA announced via a note on their Facebook page.

The terminal will resume international flight operations for the following airlines:

  • All Nippon Airways
  • AirAsia Berhad
  • Cathay Pacific
  • Emirates
  • KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
  • Qatar Airways
  • Singapore Airlines
  • Turkish Airlines

International flights of Cebu Pacific, Delta Air, Qantas Airways, and United Airlines will remain suspended.

Does this mean Filipinos can fly out already?

Nope, not so fast! While the announcement that NAIA Terminal 3 will reopen soon can be seen as a “return to normalcy”, know that travel restrictions are still in place for Filipinos who are living inside and outside of the Philippines.

To see the list of current travel restrictions, read: What Countries are Open for Filipinos? (The list includes the US and South Korea!)
